In this sensory session we’ll be exploring the different flavours of espresso. You’ll be introduced to several different single origin espressos from around the world with different processing methods in order to highlight the range of tasting notes you’ll find in the cup.
Every coffee is unique in its flavour profile and we’ll discuss all the little things that affect this.
We’ll delve into what you taste when drinking just espresso and how you experience those flavours differently when you add milk. We’ll even introduce you to cupping, the standard way the industry tastes coffee.
