Cranberry Jelly Recipe

Pair this simple & delicious Cranberry Jelly with our Holiday Scones & a Cappuccino.

1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/8 tsp cloves
½ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup sugar


Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low and simmer sauce for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and using the back of a wooden spoon to help pop the cranberries. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pour sauce into a glass jar and let cool completely before storing in the fridge.

Serve with warm scones, or alongside a traditional holiday dinner.
