Our services are operational, although our showroom will remain closed. Our online shop is open and we are also available to assist with your order over the phone. The protection of our team, customers and delivery partners through high hygiene standards and safety measures is our utmost priority through this time.

what are we doing to ensure we comply

1.) Under Level 4, we accepting orders for espresso machines and grinders on our website or by email. Our Showroom is closed until further notice.

At this time, our focus will be on minimising shipments wherever possible, so although our online store remains open, any non-essential orders such as La Marzocco merchandise and certain home barista accessories will be held until Alert Level 3 for shipment.

If you order an espresso machine, you can include the below range of essential barista accessories with your order to help with your initial coffee setup. However, if ordered on their own, these items will be shipped when we move to Level 3.

2.) We follow all appropriate public health measures when fulfilling orders (including but not limited to –  sanitising hands upon entry and exit, appropriate PPE must be worn when preparing equipment for fulfilment; ie. gloves and face mask, all work areas cleaned and surfaces sanitised between shifts, no external visitors on site.

3.) Delivery will be completed direct to customers via contactless delivery. We recommend 2 people be at the delivery address to safely lift machinery. Pickup is unavailable.

other key differences to regular operations during this time

We won’t be offering our usual customisations or installation options at this time, but if you’re interested in personalising your machine or booking a service, we are happy to help your realise those plans via phone or email and after the Alert Level 4 is lifted, we can book it in for you. If you require installation or filtration for your machine,  this can also be organised now for action later.
